Most of us come from Colombia and arrived to the US as adults, and have connected with local alterlatinx communities
In Colombia we come from Cali, Pereira, Manizales, Bogotá and Barranquilla mainly
Some of us are classically trained artists, some of us are full time working artists
We’re from the cries of eagles and the taste of chigüiro
We’re from chontaduro y aguacate
